FORESTERS
C.R. Bro. S. Kelly presided over a large attendance of members at the quarterly meeting of Court Pride of Dunedin. Two death claims amounting to £SO 9s da and £46 17s 6d were passed for payment. Invitations to visit Court Woodlands Pride on Monday. Court Enterprise on July 9, and Court Pride of Green Island on July 10 were received and accepted. Additions and alterations to the surplus funds rules were passed, making provision for a further of £2200 to surplus fund No. 2. The election of officers resulted in the appointment of the following:—C.R., A. W. Garner; S.C.R., J. G. Pearson: treasurer, R. J. Frame; secretary, A. ,D. Miller; S.W.. J. C. Cottle; J.W.. G. Applegarth; 5.8., J. H. Holmes; J. 8., R. S. Barrow; minute secretary, W. G. M‘Dowell; auditor, H. F. Payton. Three new members were initiated and one proposition received.
