A petition was received from five Berwick residents asking that they should be given drainage.—Received. Mr Young suggested that the one-foot pipes under the Out r am-Allanton road at the head of the Loch Katrine drain should be replaced with two-foot pipes.—It was decided to make the alteration when the drain was next being cleaned.
