Ministerial. A Press Association telegram from Wellington states that the Minister of Defence, Justice, and Marine (Mr J. tr. Cobbe) left for the south last night to deal with a number of matters affecting the Defence, Justice, and Marine Departments. A memorial tablet to Dr Robert Erwin and Mrs Erwin was unveiled at Knox Church, Christchurch, on Sunday morning at a special service conducted by the Rev. T. W. Armour. Dr Erwin was minister of the church from 1885 to 1922 ‘ -——========
