SOUTH AFRICAN- CRICKETERS YORKSHIRE DEFEATED (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, June 25. The South Africans defeated Yorkshire by 128 runs. The South Africans' defeat of Yorkshire is regarded as the best performance of the tour. Balaskas was making the ball turn on the surface, which the sun turned powdery, and forced the batsmen to struggle throughout their innings. Sutcliffe reached 1000 runs for the season.
