The presidential flag used by Fieldmarshal von Hindenburg has been replaced by one created by Herr Hitler as head of the State. While the former was made of gold cloth and had a crimson edge and the black and gold of the Reich, Herr Hitler's new flag is designed ou the lines of the eymbol of the National Socialist Party, the swastika (says the Berlin correspondent of tho Daily Mail). The ground is red, with a b.'ack and white edge. In a white circular centre is a large black swastika, surrounded by a wreath of oak leaves. At the corner of the flag are four miniature eagles, two of which correspond with the j ensign of the National Socialist Party j and hold a swastika, and two represent the army. I
