NEW JUGOSLAVIAN CABINET BELGRADE, June 24. In order to pave the way for a Democratic regime, M. Stojadinovitch (ex-Minister of Finance) has formed a Cabinet, of which he will be Prime Minister and Foreign Minister. NEW PARTIES IN CABINET BELGRADE, June 25. (Received June 25, at 8.30 p.m.) The new Premier formerly studied in England. Two parties, the Slovene Clericals and the Bosnian Moslems, are represented in the Cabinet for the first time since the dictatorship, which they opposed, their leaders suffering internment in consequence. . The newspapers last evening appeared uncensored for the first time in seven years. •
