(Received June 25, at 8 p.m.) "The names Parkinson and Evans are now secure on the roll of fame among immortal pairs who have done something no one ever did before," says The Times in the coiuse of a genial editorial. " Henceforth the wheelbarrow need not fear neglect. Parkinson and Evans have made it famous."
