GERMANY’S DESIRE FOR RETURN VIEWS OF SIR ABE BAILEY LONDON, May 10. Sir Abe Bailey, the millionaire sportsman, who was one of the pioneers of the Rand, in a strongly-worded and lengthy article in the Daily Telegraph, says: “ Germany lost her colonies by the just verdict of the sword, a power which she imposed on prostrate Russia and Rumania in the ruthless treaties of Brest-Litovsk and Bucharest. She has no right to protest against the terms of the so-called dictated peace.”
