As will be seen by the balance sheet, the club is still in a sound financial position. The cash statement for the season under review shows that it commenced with a debit balance of £lO 18s lid, and closed with a credit balance of 14a lid, The balance of assets over liabilities is £486 13s 4d, which is extremely satisfactory, particularly as the plant owned by the club has been heavily written down. Ruffell wag granted leave of absence to visit Fiji, at which place he is now residing permanently.
