MAGISTRATE'S COURT
Thursday, Apriu 11. (Before Mr J. R. Bartholomew, 8.M.) UNDEFENDED CASES. Judgment was given for plaintiffs in the following undefended cases: —Sundstrum and Thompson v. Henry A. Bush (Brighton), claim 15s, for professional services, with costs (20s) ; John Chambers and Son, Ltd., v. J. Fitzgerald, claim £57 Ss lid, for goods supplied, with costs (£4 11s Gd) ; Commercial Trading Company (N.Z.), Ltd., v, Victor Albert. Payne (Auckland), claim £6 15s 9d, for goods supplied, with costs (£1 14s Gd). JUDGMENT SUMMONS. Colder Maekay Company, Ltd., v. William Spence, claim £7 19s, with costs (10s). —The magistrate made an order for the payment of the amount in instalments of 5s per work, first payment to be made on April IS. ORDER FOR POSSESSION, Archibald Percy Mcikle and Agues Lily Ruby Brown claimed £4 5s from John Carr, being rent due, and applied for immediate possession of premises. An order tor possession within one week was made and the defendant was ordered to pay the arrears of rent, £4 ss, with costs (£1 Us Gd).
