HALF-YEARLY ALLOCATION The late Sir Charles Perrin Skerrett by his will set aside a portion of bis estate with directions to the trustees to invest it and, subject to certain directions, to apply the income to such educational charities in New Zealand as they might think fit. At a recent meeting of the trustees (Miss M. Skerrett, Mr Justice Johnston, and Mr D, G. A.
