SENTENCED TO DEATH
AN INDIAN MURDERER SUVA, March 12. An Indian named Kaliappa was sentenced to death for the murder of a compatriot, Lachmaya, on a lonely bush track on Vanualevu. The victim was knocked down and hit on the head with a large stone.
