SALVATION ARMY LEADER ARRIVAL AT FREMANTLE (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) FREMANTLE, March 12. (Received March 12, at 11.55 p.m.) The passengers by the Mooltan, which arrived from London, include General Evangeline Booth, world commandant of the Salvation Army, who is described as having a charming personality, a keen sense of humour, and frankness of speech. She was given a civic reception at the wharfside by the Mayor of Fremantle before going to Perth, where a similar gathering awaited her, and she was given an ovation.
