QUESTION OF GUARDIANSHIP PROTEST FROM PARENTS TORONTO, March 11. " Give us our babies," say Mr and Mrs Dionne in an appeal protesting against the Legislature. Bill establishing guardianship until the quintuplets are 18 years of age. Mr Dionne declared that the Premier (Mr M. Hepburn) told him that God never intended him to be rich, and he protested against his family being split. " I don't want the babies to be State children. I am willing to sign an agreement that the babies shall not be exploited on the Btage."
