Lord Barnby, following a private meeting of the creditors of the Willey Company, which passed a resolution for voluntary liquidation, said: “This is only a unit of what is known as the Willey group. It is not anticipated that certain substantial businesses of the group will be adversely affected. It is understood that by an arrangement with the financial creditors concerned the creditors for goods and services will be fully paid. There is no alternative to this step in view of the non-renewal of agreements with certain standstill ' creditors.
