Mr T. Somerville left for Wellington on Saturday to attend a meeting of the New Zealand Manufacturers' Federation.

Nichol, collector, made the,presentation, consisting of a travelling rug and a Doultoh teapot and stand for Mrs Collett, and several of the officers endorsed the collector's remarks in .appreciation of Mr Collett's work.
