WOOLWICH ARSENAL
REMOVAL TO WEST COAST LONDON, November 15. (Received Nov. 16, at 8 p.m.) The Daily Herald says: “The Cabinet, on the advice of the Committee on Imperial Defence, has decided to remove Woolwich Arsenal to the west coast. High oflicials in the War Oflice and the Admiralty are considering sites, and the decision will depend on such matters as defendability from afr raids and on railway and harbour facilities.
