VESSEL FIRED ON
THE CAPTAIN KILLED THREE FUGITIVES CAPTURED — ■ \ LISBON, November 16. (Received Nov. 16, at 9.30 p.m.) Three Spanish revolutionaries, including Senor Juan Tirado, a Socialist member of the Cortes, who was taking refuge at Algarve, chartered a Portuguese sailing vessel to take them to A Spanish police boat is alleged to have opened fire while the vessel was still in Portuguese waters, and killed the captain and captured the fugitives.
