A lemonade to suit the requirements of the first draw-offs from a freshlytapped cask of ale as well as of the last of the bottom must not only be scientifically manufactured, but must also be scientifically carbonated and bottled solely for that purpose. When a cask is freshly tapped a cheap jumpy lemonade creates too much froth and overflow, while a cheap lazy one is of no service when the cask is half empty or at the bottom. Thomsons’ lemonade is manufactured, carbonated, and bottled so scientifically that it suits every portion of the various draw-offs.
