We have ,now some factories collecting, cream, daily, but I do not see in the paper, that they are getting Danish prices.- We have Government, graders, butwhere .do they fake their standard 'from?' ; Are they' men of ‘ practical knowledge of the .standard required at Home, or are' they educated' to New Zealand conditions only? Mark this,it is evident that the; taste'of :New Zealand people arid Hoirie people is different. There is a big difference between the man who .has had. practical experience in-various--'countries and the man who hag local knowledge .only..
