MORGAN DIVORCE CASE
CO-RESPONDENT ALLOWED COSTS. (Peb United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, November 16. Payment of costs of Rang! Marsh, who was cited as co-respondent in the Morgan divorce case, was the subject of argument in the Supreme Court at the conclusion of the case when the jury found in favour of Norma Morgan and Marsh. In the course of his reserved judgment, Mr Justice Reed said: In all the eircum stances of this case there is nothing to justify Morgan in believing that his wife was unfaithful to him. He was accordingly not justified in relying on signed admissions obtained in the manner that they were. Marsh will be allowed costs on the lower scale, with disbursements and witness’s expenses, to be ascertained by the registrar, and I certify for two and a-half extra days at £lO 10s a day.
