GERMANY’S ATTITUDE EAGER TO ENTER AGREEMENT LONDON, October 18. (Received Oct. 18, at 9 p.m.) Mr Ward Price has transmitted to the Daily Mail a special interview with General Goering at Belgrade. General Goering declared that Germany was ready and eager to enter into an agreement with Britain about air fleet building. “We Germans know that Britain will never attack us. If we have any apprehensions about being attacked they are in another quarter. That’s why I am aiming at a defensive air force for Germany.” »
