THE ROYAL WEDDING
A BROADCAST ARRANGED (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, October 17. The British Broadcasting Corporation announces that the Royal assent has been given to broadcasting the ceremony of the wedding of the Duke of Kent and Princess Marina in its entirety. The time of the ceremony on November 29 will be announced later. An eye-witness’s account of the scenes outside Westminster Abbey will be given by ‘Mr Howard Marshall before and after the ceremony. The entire proceedings will be relayed from the British Broadcasting Corporation’s stations at Daventry.
