LONDON CLUB RAIDED
GAMING CHARGES FOLLOW A VISCOUNTESS INCLUDED LONDON, August 30. Following a police raid on a club in Albany court, Piccadilly, 16 meu and seven women were charged at Marlborough street with gaming offences. The magistrate bound over most of the defendants, including Viscountess (Nell) Mandeville, not to frequent gaming premises for a year. He fined the proprietor £^so.
