PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, at a Special Meeting of the Taieri County Council, convened for the purpose, and held on Friday, the 27th day of July, 1934, it was Resolved by way of Special Order as follows: — ■ !, In pursuance of the powers vested in it by “The Counties Act, 1920,” and “The Motor Vehicles Act, 1924,” and all amending Acts to the aforesaid Acts respectively and by virtue of any other Act, power and authority- enabling it in this behalf, the Council of the County of Taieri doth hereby by special order MAKE and ORDAIN the following BY-LAW to be in force in such part of the said County as is hereinafter referred to: — 1. The short Title of this By-law shall be "The Taieri County By-law No. 1, 1934,” and this By-law shall come into force on the Ist day of NOVEMBER, 1934. 2. This By-law shall so far as the County of Taieri is concerned be read with and form part of the Otago Counties Joint By-law, 1927, and the words used herein shall have the same meaning and be interpreted in the same way as the same words used in the said Joint Bylaw. 3.
