RELIEF CONCERT
NOTED ARTISTS TO ASSIST. Owing to the great public interest in the concert arranged by the Jvew Zealand Broadcasting Board, music lovers are advised to make their reservations without delay. All seats may be reserved, and there is no booking fee or amusement tax. Senia ChiostakofY conies to New Zealand under engagement to the Broadcasting Board, and will be the leading artist at the concert which is to be held in the Town Hall on Thursday evening. On returning to England after a world tour with the Don Cossack Choir, Chiostakoff received a command to sing before their Majesties the King and Queen at Windsor Castle. His visit to Dunedin offers a splendid opportunity to, hear a great singer at a moderate price. Scnia Chiostakoff will be assisted by Paul \inogradoff, the celebrated pianist, and a worthy supporting programme arranged, by the Broadcasting Board. An enthusiastic reception was accorded these two artists in Wellington and Christchnrch, and many ■were unable to obtain admission.
