AMERICAN FLEET
EARLY RETURN TO PACIFIC WASHINGTON, June 20. (Received June 21, at 8 p.m.) Mr C. A. Swanson (Secretary of the Navy) announced that after the summer manoeuvres in the Atlantic the entire fleet would be concentrated in the Pacific early in November. In passing through the Panama Canal, it will again attempt to make record time for mass movement.
