LOCAL ACTIVITIES GROUPS TO REPORT. The following groups will report for work with the Works Department at 8 a.m. to-day : 70 —Pine Hill road, at Campbell road (report at Ford’s byre at 8 a.m.). 72 Sunbury street, at Cranston street. 73 Pitcairn street, at sanitary stables. 74 — Helensburgh road, five chains north of Balmacewcn road. , 70—M’GIashan street, at Neville street. 81— Wharf street, at tip. 82— Ross Creek reservoir. S7_Pine Hill road, at Campbell’s road (report at Ford’s byre at ,8 a.m.). 88 —Malvern street, at old mill.

CAPPING BOOK SURPLUS The manager of the Otago University capping book advises that there are left, over a number of copies of this year’s Capping Book, which he is prepared to hand over to hospitals, charitable institutions, relief depots, camps, etc. Any such organisation desiring to receive copies should communicate with the Manager, Capping Book, P.O.
