THE MINISTER’S WARNING PARIS, June 20. (Received June 20, at 9 p.m.) M. Germain Martin, Minister of Finance, told the Finance Commission of the Chamber that the,finances must be put on a healthy footing speedily because a great international monetary disturbance was feared in the autumn.
