INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE AN AUSTRALIAN OBSERVER. ROME, June 19. ‘ (Received June 19, at 10 p.m.) Australia and the Argentine, for the first time since its inception, have observers at the tenth international wool conference, at which during the next three days 30 papers will be discussed. The topics include Japanese competition, the protection of credits aboard in the event of the creditors’ failure, the shutting of doors to markets and other restrictions, and plans for accord in international wool arbitration. The discussion on Japanese competition will be contributed to by the British, French, German, and Italian delegates.
