D,P. 1230 (L.R.0.), Dunedin, claim £l7 5 S 5d for rates owing, with costs (£4 2s 0d); same v. John N. Brown, owner of allotment 3, D.P. 2744 (L.R.0.), township of Anzac Extension, claim £l2 15s 3d, with costs (£4 2s 6d).
