OUTRAGE AND SABOTAGE PRINCE STARHEMBERG THREATENED (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) VIENNA, June 9. (Received June 10, at 8 p.m.) An infernal machine, sufficiently powerful to destroy a whole storey,, was found in the office of the vicechancellor, Prince, Starhemberg. The rooms were being re-decorated by a carpenter, who made the discovery. (Received June 10, at 6.30 p.m.) A serious accident to the Paris-Vienna express , was narrowly averted when it was stopped at 2 a.m. near Salzburg, where the railway bridge had been blown up a few minutes earlier. Unconfirmed reports have been received that other bridges have been destroyed on the Austriah south and west main lines.
