NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Maniototo County Council held in the Council Chambers, Earn street, Naseby, on Wednesr day, the 23rd day of May, 1934, a Resolution was passed, and will be SUBMITTED FOR CONFIRMATION at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held in the Council Chambers, Earn street, Naseby, on FRIDAY, the '22nd day of June, 1934, at 11 a.m. The following is the purport and intent of the Resolution: — In pursuance of the powers vested in it by " The Local Authorities Interest Reduction and Loans Conversion Act, 1932-33," and pursuant to the provisions of the Maniototo County Loans Conversion Orders-in-Council Numbers 1 and 2 issued thereunder and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 17 of the 22nd March. 1934, Pages 663 and 068, the Council of the County of Maniototo hereby resolves by way of Special Order to take steps to convert the Securities of the Loans specified in the Schedule hereto into New Securities as from the 31st day of AUGUST, 1934.
