(Per United Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, May 22. The coastal steamer Storm was idle at Lyttelton to-day owing to a dispute with the railway hands over the cards system. The sailing of the vessel for Wellington mav be delayed. ASHBURTON, May 22. The Ashburton Power Board’s loan of £2500 at 3£ per cent, has already been applied for in three places—Auckland, Oaraaru, and Christchurch.
