RUGBY FOOTBALL POSITION IN FRANCE. (United Press Association.! (By Electric Telegraph— Copyrlgb!.> PARIS. May 20. As the outcome of the British Rugby Union's refusal to reinstate international matches with France, the secretarygeneral of the British Rugby League hae informed the French Federation that fifteen a-side matches could be organised with British Rugby League teams, despite the refusal of the Rugby Union to reinstate France.
