After, recent; rain,. the going, at Invercargill this- morning was heavy, and the prospects,of the track improving for the meeting on Friday and Saturday are not bright. The. outside of the course proper was used,.but the majority of the horses were restricted from half to three-quarter pace. J - ' •■
