MAINTENANCE OF FATHER

Although she had never known her father, who is an inmate of an institution, Mrs Kathleen Collinson, of Ramsbottom, Lancashire, together with her sister, Mrs Mary Nuttall, of Summerseat, was recently ordered to pay 3d a week toward hie maintenance. The sisters and their mother, Mrs Shaw, were summoned at Bury for contributions toward the maintenance of the man. It was stated that Mrs Shaw got a maintenance order for 3s a week against her husoand in 1911, after he left her. She had received only about 9s under the order. The summons against her was withdrawn.
