DEATH FROM BULLET WOUND CARRIER SUCCUMBS IN HOSPITAL. (Peb United Pbehs Association.)WAIPUKURAU, May 8. An inquest was opened this morning and adjourned, after identification, on Arthur Ernest Paget, a middle-aged married carrier of Takapau, who was found yesterday morning in a shed at the back of his residence with a bullet wound in the head from a .22 rifle. He was conveyed to Waipukurau Hospital in an unconscious condition, and died last night. SMALL BOY INJURED A three-year-old boy named John Gallagher, who lives with his parents at Waitati, was admitted to the Hospital yesterday afternoon suffering from a fractured right leg. He received the injury through falling from a go-cart.
