(Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, May 8. The Huddart Parker Company's vessel Wanganella, on her journey from Sydney with 130 passengers, was delayed by bad weather, and did not arrive until 9.15 to-night. ' She will berth at 7 a.m. to-morrow. TARANAKI DUE TO-DAY. The Taranakl, en route from London and Suva, i 3 now expected to arrive in the Lower Harbour this morning. She has been delayed by had weather. The vessel should berth at Dunedin about 1 p.m. to discharge part cargo. THE CITY OF TOKIO. • " The City of Toklo, with cargo from New York, was again delayed at Lyttelton yesterday owing to rain. The vessel will, probably arrive' at Dmnedln to-morrow. ~'.:• HERTFORD'S SAILING DATE. The Federal Line steamer Hertford, which is loading products at Port Chalmers, Is now expected to sail at daybreak on Friday for Halifax, London and West of England ports. PORT ALMA AT LONDON. The C. and D. Line has received cabled advice that the motor ship Port Alma, which left Bluff on March 28 for Hook of Holland and. London, via Cape Horn and Dakar, reached London on May 3. ' '■ .' SHEAF CROWN FROM NEW YORK. The chartered steamer Sheaf Crown will replace the Port Hardy, which was to leave New York on May 19 for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. The Sheaf Crown is of 4868 tons gross and Is owned by the Sheaf Steam Shipping Co.. Built in 1929, she and the Sheaf Holme, a sister ship, are the newest vessels of the line.
