The Walpiata is now due at Dunedln- this morning from Auckland, via ports. She will sail this .afternoon for Bluff. The Poolta is to leave Wellington on Monday for Dunedin. She is due here on March 21, and is limed to sail the same day for Napier and (ilsborne, via Oamaru, Timaru. and Lyttelton.

The Storm, which arrived yesterday morning from northern ports and Bluff, sailed last evening for Timaru. Lyttelton, Wellington, Picton, and Wanganul. The John, after having a propeller fitted in dock at Port Chalmers, came to Dunedin yesterday morning to load general cargo. She sailed last, evening for Timaru, L.vttelton, and Wellington to complete loading for New Plymouth, and Port Waikato.

The New Zealand Shipping Company's cargo steamer Hororata is due at Lyttelton to-morrow from Bluff for final loading. She is to sail on March 20 for London, via Panama and Curacao.

The Middlesex was due at Lyttelton yesterday from Napier to continue loading for England. She will complete at Wanganul and Wellington and Is to sail from Wellington on March 24 for London. The Union Company's steamer Tofua, which has been sold to Japanese buyers to be scrapoed, was removed from the anchorage In the stream at Auckland to the Western Viaduct on Tuesday to refit for her voyage to Japan. The motor ship Opawa was to leave Napier yesterday for London and west coast ports of the United Kigdom. The 555-ton vessel Parera, which has been laid up at Wellington for about two years, was placed on the patent slip on Monday for survey. It Is understood she is to be recommlssloned under charter to the Holm Shipping Company. . MISHAP TO HOLMGLEN. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, March 14. The magisterial inquiry into the striking of the motor vessel Holmglen on the rocks. at Fompey's Pillar, near Akaroa, on February 17 has been fixed tentatively for March 21 in Wellington. The assessors have not been appointed. TAMAROA AT PORT CHALMERS. The Shaw, Savill, and Albion liner Tamaroa arrived yesterday from Southampton and London, via Panama, Auckland, Napier, Wellington, and Lyttelton. She was berthed at the George street wharf, Port Chalmers, to discharge the Dunedin portion of her Home cargo and load products. The Tamaroa left Southampton on January 26, and arrived at Auckland on February 28. She will sail on Monday for Timaru, Lyttelton, and Wellington to complete loading, and will sail finally on April 4 for Southampton and London, via the Panama canal. EANNA FROM WALPOLE ISLAND. The Kanna. which loaded at Walpole Island, was to leave there yesterday for Auckland, Castlecliff, and Dunedln. AKAROA LEAVES BALBOA. The Akaroa, en route from Southampton for Welllngt.cn, left Balboa last Saturday afternoon. She is now due to arrive at Wellington on Mtfrch 30, and will complete discharge at Auckland. OTAIO FROM LYTTELTON. The New Zealand Shipping Company's motor ship Otaio, which arrived at Auckland last Sunday from Liverpool, has cargo from west toast ports of Great Britain for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton,. Dunedin, and Timaru. REMUERA LEAVES CARACAS BAY. Cable advice received by the New Zealand Shipping Company states that the Remuera, en route from Auckland to London, sailed from Colon on March 10, and Caracas Bay on the morning of March 13. The vessel left Auckland • on February 17. ABEL TASMAN FROM AUSTRALIA. The Abel Tasman arrived at Auckland on Sunday from New South Wales ports. She brought hardwood and general cargo for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. PORT CHALMERS AT LYTTELTON. The Commonwealth and Dominion Line's new motor ship Port Chalmers, which left Auckland at 7.10 a.m. on Sunday, arrived at Lyttelton on Tuesday morning. The vessel Is loading frozen meat and products at Lyttelton for London. REPORT FROM lONIC. The Shaw, Savill, and Albion Company has received a wireless message from the liner lonic, which left Wellington on March 7, reporting that good weather has been experienced since leaving and that all on board are well. HERTFORD LEAVES GLASGOW. The New Zealand Shipping Company advises that the Hertford sailed from Glasgow on March 9in ballast for New Zealand.
