HOLLAND UNWILLING TO SELL AMSTERDAM, March 12. Government circles emphasise that. Holland does not intend to sell any of her colonial possessions. Moreover, if Portugal is willing to sell, she must, according to the treaty of 1893. first offer her Timor territory to Holland.
