Government of Bihar in.consultation, covering reconstruction of Government buildings, financial assistance to local authorities, and relief to private sufferers.' A special commissioner had been appointed by, the Bihar Government, and with financial assistance-given from the central revenues, he had no doubt that the work of reconstruction would be vigorously taken up.
