(Peb United Associatioh.) 1, ' y .-■ An Australim.nanted Frederick Irvltae, aged 33, a ship's cook, arrived in :Noif ; Zealand in October as a stowaway an n = the Maungapui and was deported to, Sydney. Somehow he got to Tahiti, and yhf arrived back by tiie Makura yesterday. When he came v before the court to-day charged with unlawfully landing, being a prohibited immigrant; it-was stated that hti had a fairly long list of convj* tiOns in Australia, the last being in M<i bourne in 1931 for unlawfully wounditif though he was charged at the time- #itl attempted murder. - He-was ordered to be< deported to Aim tralia by the Makura this afternoon.
