THE RECOVERY PLAN FAITH IN PRESIDENT ROOSEVELT. (Pee United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, March 15. “The American public, irrespective of individual political opinion, rests its faith almost implicitly on the policy of President Roosevelt,” said Dr L. C. Benkert, who arrived in Wellington to : day by the Makura in the course of a tour round the Pacific.
