THE RECOVERY PLAN FAITH IN PRESIDENT ROOSEVELT. (Pee United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, March 15. “The American public, irrespective of individual political opinion, rests its faith almost implicitly on the policy of President Roosevelt,” said Dr L. C. Benkert, who arrived in Wellington to : day by the Makura in the course of a tour round the Pacific. He stated that conditions were on an upward move in the United States when he left San Francisco in January, President Roosevelt’s National Recovery Plan having served to put many people back into employment. The Americana were hoping that their problems would .be satisfactorily settled by the accomplishment of the plan. \ ,
