BRITISH SYMPATHY APPRECIATED (British Official Wireless.) ; \ RUGBY, March 2.- " The Belgian Ambassador to London, in a letter to Sir John Simon, expresses on behalf of the Belgian Government warm appreciation of the expressions of sympathy evoked in Great Britain by the tragic death of King Albert. .The letter .proceeds: "The Belgian Minister of Foreign Affairs (M. Hymans) begs me to add that he, in common with all other Belgians, was deeply moved by the messages which you broadcast on the evening of the tragic event, well as by the striking manner in whichJthe British Cabinet manifested its sympathy with our Royal family and the whole of the Belgian people."
