FIRST MEETING SINCE RECESS IMPORTANT DISCUSSIONS. (British Official Wireless.) (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) RUGBY, January 10. The Prime Minister (Mr Ramsay MacDonald) returned to London from Sandringham, and was present at the first meeting of Cabinet held since Parliament adjourned for the Christmas recess. In addition to foreign affairs, and general disarmament in particular, it is understood that important matters of domestic concern were under review.
