JOINING THE OPPOSITION FULL INDEPENDENCE AGAIN. LONDON, November 16. Sir Herbert Samuel’s group of 33 Liberals decided to cross the floor of the House at the opening of the now session on the 21st inst. Sir Herbert Samuel says: “We are resolved to resume full independence. The Government may be called National, but it is not the Government that the Liberals supported in 1931. _ We are disappointed with most of its policy, especially on disarmament. We are not entering into an alliance with Labour,'’
