FRENCH AIR MINISTER
FLIGHT TO RUSSIA ACCOMPANIED BY EXPERTS. LONDON, September 11. (Received Sept. 12, at 9 p.m.) The Paris correspondent of the News-Chronicle reports that a flight by the French Air Minister with experts to Russia is regarded as having much significance. It has been suggested that there should be a regrouping of nations to meet the Hitlerite menace. Russia possesses a great air force, and, with France on the other side, such a step would mean simultaneous reprisals in the event of German aggression. This has been the dread of every German strategist.
