(Received Sept. 7. at 10 p.m.) The Glasgow correspondent of The Times says that, in anticipation of complete repeal of prohibition in the United States early in 19.''.4. American syndicates have purchased 5,000.000 gallons of fully matured Scotch whisky, which is being held in bmd until it can be shipped overseas.
