KIDNAPPED OFFICERS
RELEASE EXPECTED (British Official Wireless.) . RUGBY, September 6. (Received Sept. 7, fit 5.5 p.m.) The three British officers who wore kidnapped near Newchang on March 2S are expected to be released to-day, a Japanese, Captain .Obata, having successfully negotiated with the pirates. RELEASE EFFECTED. "~ TOKIO, September 7. (Received'Sept. 7, at 10 p.m.) The officers were released and have arrived at Newchang.
